Need : Business Analyst With - Supply Chain Experience

Contract : 6 month +

Location: South Deerfield, MA

Individual must be knowledgeable of Supply Chain processes and apply that knowledge to provide innovative solutions that support business and enterprise initiatives. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with business representatives to provide key analytical support that enables business operational processes to be understood, defined, developed and documented.  The individual in this position will serve as a conduit between the business and the BIS development group.  They will be involved in requirements gathering, use case development, documentation, impact assessments, system maintenance, and process improvement opportunities.  They will collaborate with project team members to develop solutions that achieve accuracy, transparency and predictability of information. They will be responsible for supporting the Systems definition process in developing applications by ensuring requirements accurately reflect the business processes and are understood during the design and development of the application.

Minimum Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree (preferably Management Information Systems or Business Administration) or equivalent experience

5 years Supply Chain operations experience desirable.  Ability to apply logical business expertise to ensure quality and accuracy in articulating the business needs a must

·         5 in user requirement definition, development of new system specifications, project lead experience preferred

·         Strong customer service orientation

·         The ability to work with people in varied organizational relationships

·         Above average oral and written communication, facilitation, organization, and time management, skills are expected

·         Knowledge of Oracle 9i/11g, SQL, .NET, VB6, Unix, RHEL is desirable
