Our client requires 4 experienced SAP CRM service resources to assist with a new implementation. Ideal resources will have at least 2 years of recent SAP CRM Service configuration - strong experience with any of the following:

   IBASE

   IPC

   Service contracts

   Interaction center

   eService

   Service plans

   Pricing conditions
