Business Objects Lead

·         10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Enterprise Datawarehouse areas

·         Experience in reporting using entire suite of Business Objects (Web Intelligence, Crystal reports, Xcelsius dashboards)

·         BO XI 3.x or higher is must

·         7+ years in the area of Business Objects reporting on top of SAP BW (BW is must)

·         Project management experience in leading projects with aggressive timelines and large offshore model

·         Excellent communication Skills and leadership qualities

·         Drive user requirements, run workshops and be a user champion

·         Process oriented and expert in design, document of data modeling, reporting and user/functional specification documents

·         1+ years experience in using Agile BI methodology is highly desired (not mandatory)

·         Data analysis, Data modeling and Performance tuning experience
