Job Descreption:
Understand and represent the complexities and interdependencies of the Oracle Financials business processes across Oracle Sub Ledger
-Understand AGIS & Inter Company without AGIS
-Should be in a position to work with the Business to understand the Current Processes involved in GL Close and Map it to Oracle
-Lead and document business requirements, fit/gap analysis and functional design.
-Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.
-Identify and communicate opportunities to improve current procedures and processes.
-Design and develop operational workflows, including the development and execution of roll out strategies, cut-over/transition plans, end-user training and support, and end-user documentation.
-Coordinate integration testing, neighbor testing, end to end testing with upstream systems
-Issue resolution, testing, and coordination with business and IT users.
-Configure Oracle Apps system for General Ledger
-Should have worked in an environment where Oracle is operational and can apprehend the Changes to the existing Config.

Skills Required:
8+ years' experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financials required,
(R12 must) in , multinational, multi GAAP environment and multi-currency..
-Min. 5 full life-cycle Oracle implementations
-Should have atleast 2+ Implementation Experience on R 12
