Title:  Data Analyst

Location:  Wilmington, DE

Length: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

•Conduct financial and statistical analyses to derive insights and strategies to support the North America credit cards business.

•Retrieve data and conduct data driven analytics utilizing various analytical tools, software and techniques

•Track and analyze performance of various tests and marketing programs to evaluate effectiveness 

•Utilize statistical and segmentation tools to develop targeting strategies.

•Conduct financial analyses and forecasting for program recommendations

•Partner with cross functional teams to drive implementation of the recommendations.

Requirements:

•2+ years of analytical work experience in financial services required, with good understanding of business needs and issues.

•Demonstrated ability in data retrieving and manipulation as well as proficient analytical skills.

•Advanced degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or other quantitative discipline is preferred 

•Ability to translate data into insights that understands customer needs and behavioral drivers.

•Demonstrated ability in problem solving and think "out of the box"

•Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of SAS/SQL a plus
