Job Description:
Responsibilities:

•Serve as a technical contact for the support and administration of a variety of enterprise systems supporting
•Work with management and peers from other groups to define and execute on system support plans
•Lead in the troubleshooting and resolution of support incidents related to systems supported by the sustaining engineering organization
 
Skill Sets:
•3+ years experience supporting enterprise implementations of SharePoint 2007/2010 (administration, troubleshooting, and configuration)
•3+ years experience with IIS, Windows Server
•Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
•Can effectively communicate to peers and management and business users
•Strong understanding of enterprise system operations (monitoring, patching, reporting)
•(preferred) Experience with supporting enterprise implementations of Microsoft TFS 2010
•(preferred) Experience with supporting enterprise implementations of Microsoft BizTalk 2010
•(preferred) Experience or knowledge with F5 BigIP network device for load balancing applications
•(preferred) Experience or knowledge with Ping Identity for Single Sign On
•(REQUIRED) Willingness to learn and support a variety of enterprise systems.
