5 yrs- Java - J2EE

 

The incumbent may manage or mentor less experienced developers, and assist with building development management (SDLC) process, knowledge base and templates
- Java Developer needed with strong Oracle database experience and will be required to have strong Oracle database structure needed for the applications using Oracle development tools. Applications will be deployed in a J2EE environment running Oracle Weblogic Application Server. Strong knowledge of JAVA based programming platforms, PLSQL, and XML is required. Preference given to those with experience with Oracle JDeveloper and Oracle ADF.
- Candidate should possess the following:
- SOA experience is a Must

- Strong Knowledge of cruise control, Ant, Web logic

- The ability to conceptually create solution depictions up to architectural diagrams and to ensure the approved solution is implemented as specified
- The ability to function as a heads down programmer/developer and step to a leader, when necessary, and code review as necessary
- 8 - 10 years of hands-on as service side java development experience, with 5 being CORE Java
- Knowledge of Java Concurrency & Threading
- Web Services or ESB development experience
- Hands on experience with commercial Application Servers and Messaging Services

- Strong commitment to deliver on scheduled timeliness
- Self motivated and a good team player
- Fair verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Spring a plus
- Must be self motivated, self sufficient and communicate clearly and effectively
