Technical/Functional Skills

·         Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or Science

·         5 Years experience as a Technical Team Lead

·         5 Years experience with Java and XML

·         WEB 2.0 technologies

·         WebLogic Portal, WebLogic 10.3

·         Oracle SQL/PLSQL

·         JAVA/J2EE, Hibernate and JPA

·         Ant, Maven, Log4J, CVS, Eclipse

·         Experience with XML, Web Services technologies preferred.

Generic Managerial Skills

:

·         10%  Module level Design

·         40%  Code Development

·         20% Unit Testing

·         10%  Troubleshooting Defects

·         10%  Creating Code Fixes
