Job Description:
• Interface with senior clients and business users to understand current processes, data issues and reporting challenges in order to recommend technical solutions targeting business needs.
• Formulate detailed business and functional requirements enabling application and data warehousing enhancements to be developed.
• Work with database, ETL and front end developers to ensure completeness and accuracy of the technical specifications and design, meeting business requirements.
• Assist in testing, validation and user training
• Provide visibility to project manager on progress against approaching milestones, issues, risks and dependencies.
• Proactively create and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.

Requirements  • Has acted as a liaison between the business and application development, analyzing and translating client needs into software specifications. • Having produced requirement documentation for data warehousing / business intelligence application development is key. • Possesses understanding in the areas of database and system design. • Advanced knowledge of MS Access, Excel as data mining tools; Experience with business intelligence tools. Basic SQL query knowledge. • Has worked in senior client facing roles in previous positions.
