The client is looking for a Java Developer.
The client is looking for a Java Developer.
Positions Responsibility:
Designs, develops, tests, debugs and integrates code for a RESTful middleware framework that is built using Java6. The web service application, known as Customer Gateway, is built off of an internal platform known as Touchpoint. The Touchpoint application consists of a SDK layout on top of CXF and the Spring Framework and an additional testing framework to develop unit and integration test cases. The testing framework is part of Touchpoint and will need enhancements as the test cases expand. The primary responsibility of the position, which will take up about 50% of the effort, will be to maintain the testing framework, enhancing the implementation and design as necessary. The remaining responsibilities will require the developer to expand upon the Customer Gateway web services by adding web services to support both our customer and internal projects. Development will include writing associated positive and negative unit test cases. The position's roles and responsibilities will include:
