Main Purpose of Job: 

Position will focus on user acceptance testing for the future migration of IP & Science business to an SAP order processing environment. Responsibilities include testing all elements of order processing including: customer data, product elements, pricing, invoicing, renewal activity, cancellations, refunds and credits, etc. Required activities include meticulous documentation of all work executed and creation of reporting structure to identify volume of work, turnaround times and identification of errors or gaps in the transactional workflow. 

Duties: 
 

• To assist with SAP migration user acceptance testing and team training
• Testing to include processing new sales orders, renewals, invoices and credit notes and fulfilment/entitlement of product
• Create metrics reporting concerning work volumes, turn times, accuracy rates, errors, trends, etc
• Must be able to spot trends or re-occurring issues that should be escalated to the team-lead/manager of the department.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager/director on a permanent or temporary basis. 
  
  
  Skills/Experience: 
  
  • Team player with the ability to work independently on manager directed projects 
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Can set priorities and be flexible in changing environment 
  • Minimum 2-3 years in an SAP order entry environment 
  • Experience in SAP migration/upgrades desired 
  • Computer Literate, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM, Business Systems 
  • Preferred knowledge of Client (Scientific) products and services
