Job Description:
Client needs Senior Project Managers to lead projects.
The projects include upgrades to the current framework/navigation/
design as well as new program features, Website integrations,
knowledge management, Physician Services portals.
The positions will be responsible for project planning, budgets,
timelines and leadership (Some in an Agile team setting).

Project Management for the following initiatives:
*Release Management experience Required
*PMP Certification recommended, SCRUM helpful Required
*MS Office and MS Project proficient Required
*Structured Methodology experience (RUP, Agile) Required
*Ability to manage projects involving large scale implementation/
integration Required
*Excellent facilitative, consultative, presentation and leadership
skill Required
*Successful track record implementing clinical software solutions
Required
*7+ years IT Project Mgmt. Experience in Healthcare industry
Required
*BS/BA or equivalent in Business Mgmt, Healthcare or related field
Required

Behaviour Characteristics:
Ability to enlist support of cross functional teams Required
The ability to balance approach to political, economic, social,
technological, and administrative factors Competency in adapting to
changing environment and ambiguous situations Attention to detail and
ability to drive results BA and/or BS in Business, Finance,
Mathematics or related field.
