Immediate Need for Technical Business Analyst
Position Title: Technical Business Analyst
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Houston, TX
Description:
Technical Business Analyst with strong problem solving and good communication skills.
The prospective candidate should be able to interact with users and implement their needs within our Custom applications.
Requirements
Proficient user of ESRI suite of products including: ArcGIS Desktop (INFO), ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server
Knowledge of GIS editing, data management, data organization and data security.
Database Management: updating, editing and loading data (ArcSDE Oracle); performing PL/SQL queries and simple scripts to update SDE spatial layers
Understanding of relational databases.
Advanced research and troubleshooting skills required
Good knowledge of GIS data types including imagery.
Ability to multi-task and support various types of GIS users in a fast paced, customer driven environment.
Skills
Knowledge of FME, Python, PL/SQL, VB Script.
ArcGIS Desktop, ArcSDE and ArcGIS Server
Knowledge of geoprocessing models.
Must have good written and verbal skills.
