Mandatory Technical Skills

4 - 5 years experience in developing Microsoft based systems using C#, C++ with Oracle and MS SQL Server. 
Experience in Web services and WCF  technologies 
Experience in Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) 
Excellent understanding of .NET Framework Class Library, Common Language Runtime, ASP.NET and Windows Forms. 
Significant experience in enterprise system development

Desirable Technical Skills

Performance tuning experiences in MS SQL server /Oracle is a plus

Desirable Functional Skills

Experience implementing Billing and/or BSS products is a plus 
Experience in Agile development is a plus
