Must haves:

HTML(preferably HTML5 and CSS3)

Role: As a Media Engineer you will work with the digital marketing team to produce designs for our clients external facing website and promotions.  You will be coding mainly in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Position: Front-End Java Web Developer

Duration: 3 months - perm OR 1 year contract for non-citizens

Location: Sunrise, FL 33323

DL: 35 Max

Start date: June 4^th or sooner, pending background   

 

MUST HAVES:

Minimum 5 years of experience with front-end technologies like JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Ajax

Experience with web design and attention to graphics

 

PLUS:

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite

Experience working with relational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL

Experience with Eclipse, Netbeans, or equivalent IDEs

Unit testing tools JUnit or equivalent

Experience with mobile applications and SDKs (iPhone/Xcode, Android)

Experience working with and implementing third party e-commerce services including, but not limited to: Payment methods (PayPal, Google Checkout), Customer product reviews, Site analytics (Coremetrics), SEO/SEM, and and on-site searches (Endeca, Google)

Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred. 

 

Role:

This person will work as part of the technical team that designs, develops, implements, and maintains front end web applications.  He or she will work closely with graphic designers and other development teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of dashboards and interactive web applications.  This person will also convert specifications and requirements into functional application code as a front-end designer to create functional web pages.

This position requires experience developing and maintaining the front-end of a dynamically driven website. Ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a large scale website and must have ability to hand code in HTML and CSS. Coding skills may be tested and the emphasis is on coding style (ex: ability to layout efficient HTML with a scalable CSS architecture).
