- Responsibility will include minor configuration work, document upgrades & requirements, work with 3rdparty vendors, perform testing and troubleshooting
- 12 month contract General Description: This is a Business Analyst role within an advertising operations group. This is a highly visible role so experience interacting with Sr. Executives is a must. You need to be a great communicator, very polished with excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires effective coordination and presentation skills at all levels. Experience working on multiple systems representing the business side to the IT for Salesforce, Strata TIM, Traffic systems, Campaign Management Systems and other manual operational workflows. The Data Management Responsibilities include:
* Facilitating stakeholders to accomplish project objectives and drive completion of deliverables.
* Gather stakeholder requirements and compile for final documentation *Developing RFP's *Developing visio workflows *Facilitate system integration with vendors or internal business units *Smoke testing on numerous applications *Facilitate User Acceptance Testing *Troubleshooting and operational support *End user Training
* Delivering results in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Skills required include:
*Experienced Business Analyst with a depth of knowledge and understanding of Salesforce.com (Business side).
* 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting medium to large size projects across various business units.
* Excellent understanding of Business functions such as Sales & Systems Engineering, Consulting, and Support.
* Training, as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies affecting M&A activities (sales and services alignment, engagement models, communications, etc.)
* Capacity to rapidly identify issues pertaining to various business innovation project, communicate those issues immediately and work them to resolution.
* Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams.
* Must be a self-starter and a proactive team-player, working quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
* Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse processes and systems.
* Ability to multi-task in an environment with often conflicting priorities.
* Effective organization and administrative skills to take notes, document status report, create presentations, perform analysis and organize content to share with other team members .
* Background in working on technology projects is preferred.
