JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and improvement of new or existing mobile application programs with moderate to high complexity. Specific duties include writing estimates, designing and developing software, testing software changes, and reading and reviewing written specifications for logic and design flows.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & TASKS
• Designs, develops and tests moderately complex programs in order to meet customer requirements, specifications and agreed upon schedules.
• Provides assistance, instruction and direction to lesser experienced programmers and test analysts in order to facilitate team projects and high quality end products
• Actively participates in the software decision-making process in order to aid in the determination of software design
• Reviews the program specifications so that the end result of the development process is a program working correctly and according to the customer specifications
• Provides accurate estimates for development tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the team to clarify design and technical issues.
• Adhere to best practices for design, development, and verification.
• Must follow all state, local, and federal laws and regulations, as well as embrace Company's core values and initiatives.
Education:
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience: • Minimum of 7 years software development experience desired.

• Knowledge of current technology
• Industry experience in Mobile Development ( Mobile applications on small screen)
Mobile Communications and Mobile Database experience a plus
