Responsibilities:
Manage software defects in test defect management tool
Responsible for leading defect triage
Responsible for chasing defects with defect owner and getting the resolution
Keeping the test defect management tool updated
Effective communication is must, must be able to communicate effectively with project team and business team
Create operational and value matrix
Suggest the process improvement through effective matrix
Have clear understating of SDLC, TDLC & defect life cycle
Worked in multiple teams and multiple project environment
Proficient in MS excel to create reports
