Position: .Net Developer

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $50/hr C2C

F2F is a must.

 

Technical Skills - NET 3.5 framework, C#, ASP.net, WPF, WCF,PHP, MySQL, Web Services, Win Forms, Team Foundation Server, multithreading, multi-tiered applications, messaging systems, XML, XSLT, SQL Server 2000-2008, SOAP, COM Objects, OOP

 

Essential Functions and Tasks

Develop application using C#, WPF, Winforms, WCF , ASP.net and Web services.

Develop, Maintain and Enhance applications using PHP and MySQL

Lead & mentor small team of developer to deliver quality product

Analyze and fix bugs/issues reported

Design and code superior technical solutions

Improve application performance by using multithreading skill and memory profiling

Identify system deficiencies and implements effective solutions

Communicate and enforce coding standards

Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients

Facilitate effective team interaction

Combine all elements of the program design and integrated testing

Create manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge

Develop solutions to problems and correcting programs/code as necessary

Test and Debug programs

Monitor performance of programs/code after implementation

Create SIT build and Testing

 

 

Knowledge and Skills

7+ years of experience in application development using .net technologies C#, WPF, Winforms, SQL Server, Web services, ASP.Net

Minimum 2 years of experience in using PHP and MySQL

Experience in using multithreading in high performance application

Improve application performance and analyze memory leakage

Experience using SDLC protocol

Experience in design patterns

Expertise in Unit integration testing

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Highly motivated with ability to work independently as well as a strong team      player

Ability to step up in a fast paced environment, multi-task and prioritize/manage time

Proficiency in Microsoft Team Foundation Services

Exhibits confidence and extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems

Familiarity with Enterprise level applications.

Strong knowledge of OOP

Ability to leverage COM objects

Ability  to create and understand complicated queries/ stored procedures/functions/triggers in SQL Server

 

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's of Computer Science or a related field

Experienced with HIPAA Compliance Standards

Previous experience in healthcare      or financial services industry building complex transaction oriented      data intensive systems a plus.
