Job Description :

Role Name: Cloud Services Messaging Engineer (Middle Grade)
1.     Job Description:

·     Analyze and resolve issues like mail delivery (NDR), Spam attacks, mail routing etc.
·     Modify Exchange recipient policies, email relays.
·     Exchange server patching and maintenance.
·     Problem and Change management.
·     Provide solution to critical issues like database corruption, mailbox recovery, public folder and calendar issues.
·     Manage backup and recovery of Exchange data.
·     Provide advanced technical support for Lync and Unified messaging.
·     Server patch testing and implementation.
·     Provide updates on regular intervals.

2.     Job Qualifications:

·     Experience in Active directory support and management.
·     Experience in Exchange 2010 management and support.
·     Experience in Lync, Unified messaging management and support.

3.     Skills and Abilities:

·     Experience in handling SEV1 / SEV2, problem management and Change management.
·     Ability to perform expert level activities in following technologies.
·     Windows 2003 Active Directory
·     Windows 2008 Active Directory
·     Exchange 2007/Exchange 2010.
·     Office 365
