Business Analyst with BPA & BPM - Strong Healthcare background

Location: Anaheim, CA

Duration: 9-12 months +

Rate:  Flexible 

 

****CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Strong Healthcare background, Clinical experience, Business Process Analysis.

 

Interviewer's Feedback:

"Candidates seems to be more developers than a Business Analyst.  I want to see candidates with more business process analysis and clinical experience.  Less development/ETL stuff."

 

Requirements:

·     Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

·     8+ years advanced IT experience in large enterprise environments in a consulting role

·     7+ years in experience writing business or functional requirements.

·      7+ years in experience analyzing data, policies and requirements to understand current state and prepare future state

·     Experience documenting requirements for dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs

·     Knowledge or experience with frameworks, notations & concepts, Agile, MDM BPMN, SOA, data normalization & denormalization

·     Healthcare domain experience in a provider setting:  patient, procedure, diagnosis, billing, ED, outpatient, inpatient, acute care, etc.

·     Experience documenting data flows (DFDs), data mappings (source to target mapping) and data transformation rules/requirements

·     Strong understanding of ETL methodologies

·         Good understanding web services:  XML, SOAP, WSDL, BPEL, and WS

·         Should be well conversant with BPEL, ESB, SOA, BPM, BAM etc.

·         Provider Healthcare experience with business processes knowledge, focus on   Provider Healthcare Clinical Operations

·         Experience in healthcare industry and systems implementation
