Job Title: Business Analyst (Leasing)
Location: Malvern,PA
Duration: 12+  months contract
$45-$50/hr
 
Required:
5+ years with proven success record as a Business Analyst / Project Manager
2+ years with International Decision Systems' products (Rapport lease origination system, InfoLease lease accounting system)
Work in an environment interacting with multiple entities within a large matrix organization (optional)
Workflow solutions including SharePoint and Nintex
SharePoint collaboration
Document imaging solutions, especially KnowledgeLake (Capture and Connect)
Lease pricing products, especially Ivory Consulting Inc SuperTRUMP
Must have knowledge of the leasing business and industry
Project management
MS-Office, especially Outlook (esp. calendaring), MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project, and MS-OfficeCommunicator
