2 - 4 years of strong hands on Java/J2EE design and development experience
Experience working with UML, Design Patterns and Enterprise Java Beans (EJB)
Experience with Spring and IBATIS framework and ability to write SQL queries.
Eclipse IDE, Version Control (such as Subversion, PVCS) and Build tools (Ant or Maven)
Excellent communication, documentation and multi-tasking abilities.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Web Services development
Oracle SOA Suite experience (BPEL, Service Bus, Business Rules etc.)
Basic Unix and Shell scripting
