Knowledge Management Business Analyst will support the client define a Knowledge Management Strategy and support the business during an ongoing rolling implementation.

Responsibilities:
1. Guide KM Business SMEs to develop content creation processes and readiness program
2. Lead KM workshops to identify knowledge articles and plan content creation efforts
3. Gather KM business requirements and use cases
4. Contribute to setting scope and priority for future phases
5. Design Information Archecture - taxonomies and metadata
Skills:
1. Familiar with taxonomies.
2. Must have good communication and presentation skills.
3. Proven relationship skills with experience in a liaison role
4. Experience with working in large complex organizations
