VB Developer

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Type: Contract

Length: 5 Months

Rate :$55/hr C2C

 

VB Developer. VB.net, ASP, .Net, C# and web experience required.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

●      Responsible for Steady State support including break fix and enhancements.

●      Proactively monitor HP Service Center for incidents

●      Participate in On Call Support

●      Gather requirements for enhancements

●      Ensure that technical documentation is created and maintained

●      Participate in development, testing, quality control, and changement management

●      Work with technology shared services partners (ETO, Information Security, Procurement, etc.)

●      Act as a liaison with functional partners

●      Proactively update partners on the status of deliverym and actively engage with service providers to ensure optimal performance

●

●      Web experience

 

Additional Information:

●      Consultant will need strong debugging skills and the ability and desire to resolve issues without documentation

●      Will also require strong communication skills

●      Retail background is a plus

●      Knowledge of Epicor is a plus
