Job Title: Desktop Technical Support
Job Location: Rochester, MN
Job Duration: 6 months (contract)

Job Description:

Responsible for fixing failed Microsoft Windows 7/XP security patch
installations and virus/malware removal.
Responsible for working on a very focused task with emphasis on
productivity.
You will be responsible for contacting computer owners, scheduling
time to fix, and then resolving software issues.
This issues will involve the diagnosing and re-installing of failed
Microsoft Windows security updates.
Diagnosing and fixing broken antivirus software installations, and
cleaning computers of virus and malware software.


Highly Required/Desired Skills:

Detailed understanding of Windows 7/XP OS, services, registry, and
application troubleshooting Required 2 Years

Strong Customer Service Skills Required 2 Years

Windows software installation troubleshooting skills. Emphasis on
Windows Security updates. Required 2 Years

Removal of virus/malware from Windows 7/XP and familiar with multiple
mitigation tools. Required 2 Years
