Title: C# .NET Developer - Rate:- $35/hr C2C

Duration: 6+ months

Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Job Description:

Develops web sites and new software using Microsoft development languages and tools
Gathers and/or Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents.
Performs coding to written technical specifications and standards.
Contributes to overall architecture and design, working closely with the lead architect
Work with Client Integration and Developers to ensure software builds meet system, functional and performance requirements and adhere to corporate polices such as security and privacy
Participate in the design and planning of enhancements to existing products and development of new products
Provides estimates for assigned tasks, work efforts and projects.
Keeps current with software development trends, makes suggestions and takes action on IT-related best practices, processes and systems.
Creates and maintains support documentation and standards

Required Background:
- Strong experience developing web-based applications using C#.NET 3.5/4.0, ASP .NET, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server database development using T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Functions
- Understanding of development lifecycle, SDLC processes and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of the principles of Object Orientation Programming and design.
- Ability to perform the job functions with minimal instructions and pre-established guidelines
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with a combination of C#.NET 3.5/4.0, ASP .NET, jQuery & Web Services.
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently within a diverse and fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Broad Knowledge and experience related to computer systems and technologies.
- Knowledge of the following would be a plus: MVC, WCF, HTML5, CSS 3.0
- .NET certification is recommended but not a must-have.
