o   Technical experience in Microsoft TSQL/OSQL/4-6 Years/System Support.

§  Microsoft SQL Server 2008+: SSIS/SSAS Required

§  Microsoft SQL Server 2008+: SSRS Desired

o   Information Technology/Data / info management & architecture/4-6 Years.

o   Experience in operational data stores and/or data warehouses

o   Resource should have knowledge in defining the ETL rules (i.e. analytics, working with operations SMEs) in addition to actual development work.

o   Resources should have hands on experience on different types of SSIS deployment topologies, performance architecture.

o   Resources should have hands on experience on working with SSIS and SSAS tools for data error analysis and analytics and reporting.

Detailed Job Description:

Ø  Support and Batch Monitoring Activities

o   Batch job management (ensuring the batch runs successfully, all upstream/downstream dependencies are taken care etc.)

o   Job monitoring, root cause analysis on job failures, analyzing log files and determining cause of failure, identifying and implementing short term fix to ensure job completes successfully

o   Automation of manual activities using Shell script etc.

o   Installation of package

Ø  User Support and Other Tasks

o   Participating in Disaster Recovery exercise and carrying out required maintenance tasks to support Disaster Recovery exercise

o   Ad Hoc report generation based on business requirements
