-          Experience in establishing classifications schemes

-          Experience/understanding building taxonomies

-          Experience with metadata and content management

-          Understanding of information life-cycle

-          Familiar with contemporary search models and tools

-          Knowledge of user interface standards and practices

-          Working knowledge of Business Process Modeling

-          Strong analytical skills

-          Excellent communication and presentation skills

-          Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

-          Knowledge of SharePoint capabilities for knowledge management
