Position: Build Release Engineer
Location: Cupertino, CA.
Duration: 6 Month
Face To Face ReQ*
QUALIFICATIONS
- Three + years of Build / Release Engineer experience
- Several years of experience with hands-on development of large, complex, configuration management builds and deployments
- Heavy experience developing complex automated build frameworks within Unix environments with tools such as Maven and Nexus
- Proficiency with at least one continuous integration system, preferably Jenkins
- Experience with the Maven build tool, familiarity with the Nexus artifact repository.
- Experience with GIT version control system especially in a distributed development environment
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the build, test, and release process for large-scale production-level software
- Set up and monitor automated processes to execute builds and deploy release candidates
- Analyze build issues and work with developers to resolve problems
- Contribute towards the improvement of deployment processes and automation scripts
- Setup, and configure engineering infrastructure applications such as Jenkins, Nexus and GIT for large scale projects.
- Work with automation leads to develop/review test plans and test Cases for Engineering development tools and automation
