Job Description:
- Total 8+ years of Experience.
- Provides response and resolution to system outages and incidents. Performs root cause analysis on identified problems.
- Ensures that system changes are production ready,promotes changes into non-production and performs non-production verification of change success.
- Unix is must
Good to have:
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD, UDDn, Mercury Quality center tools, UNIX Systems)
- Administration and shell programming, perl scripting.
