Ability to work independently and passionate about web development
Must Haves from Hiring Manager:
Significant Web UI Development experience
Highly skilled in JavaScript and common libraries (ex: jQuery, Knockout)
Knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap framework a big bonus
Significant Web Application Development experience
ASP.NET MVC 3.0. MVC 4.0 will generate high interest
·Sr. Level .NET C# Development experience
Good ways to identify the right people:
Constantly learning and perfecting their craft
Blog posts with ideas, code examples, sharing of knowledge
Participation on sites like Stack Overflow (stackoverflow.com)
Actually careers www.stackoverflow.com may be a good place to look for the type of person we need

Shows interest in writing responsive web UIs (ex: UI formats itself for desktop/tablet/phone displays, interest in Twitter Bootstrap)
