- 7+yrs overall Testing experience
- 2+yrs SFDC testing experience(Mandatory)
- Good communication
- Experience on Manual and Automation testing
- Testing Tools knowledge
- Preferably strong PL SQL skills
- Good knowledge of white-box testing and Understanding of TCoE model, QA reports, best practices and processes & HP QC
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Capability to lead a team of 10-12 (onsite / offshore)
