Need : Business Analyst

Location : IL , and remote position

Duration : 6 months

 

Business Analyst with Telecom domain knowledge / Telecom experience

 

Skills:

 

·         Knowledge of at least one of the products VOIP, VPN, Ethernet

·         Advise on process, process design, risk impacts, required controls and potential process improvements through the analysis, assessment and evaluation of timely, cost-effective processes and process solutions for the business unit and ensures that they comply with regulatory requirements. 

·         Strong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skills

·         Prepare solutions for roll-out into production, gather audience, develop training materials, schedule training and deliver to audiences globally and different times of the day to accommodate different time-zones and shiftwork.

·         Gather feedback through surveys and improved documentation, delivery based on findings

·         Develop end-to-end process maps and procedures to describe the process based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

·         Defining business and functional requirements for new applications or tools that support the programs Work with Global Stakeholders to identify opportunities/gaps with existing processes and develop tools and plans to support their business units to enable them to work more effectively and be more proactive rather than reactive.

·         Plan and identify new technologies and opportunities

·         Negotiate Service Level Agreements with Vendors in support of Internal Operational Level Agreements

·         Provide monthly reporting based on achievements versus expectations against key performance indicators

·         Developing, facilitating and delivering awareness and training sessions of the new products and processes

·         Perform business integration analysis of EBCM tools and provide recommendations for resolution and integration to eliminate duplication of efforts.

·         Develop and enhance documentation to support EBCM tools implementation

·         Develop, test and implement new technologies required to support Enterprise Business Continuity Management programs

·         Work closely with the Project Management office and utilize project management methodology

·         Champions change and effectively manages the implementation of new ideas

·         Ensures practice delivers superior solutions to clients

·         Continually defines ways to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships

·         Define and analyze current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions)

·         Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing processes and applications.
