Java Lead Programmer - Clarks Summit, PA
Work: Clarks Summit PA (LOCALS ONLY PLEASE)
Contract: 6 months+ contract
Start: ASAP
 
Must Haves:
2-3 yrs as a Lead Java Programmer
5+ yrs of Java development experience
Knowledge of development concepts, practices, and procedures
Experience working with Onshore/Offshore Teams
Experience building Tech Specs
 
Pluses:
Call Center Technology Experience
Chordiant/Pega Framework Experience
 
We are looking for a Lead Programmer who reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems. This will include encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs, all relative to call center applications. This candidate relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as performs a variety of complicated tasks. They may lead and direct the work of others.
 
Because this is a technical lead, experience with developing technical specs and doing technical analysis and design are important.
