Winter Park, FL (Max Rate: $50/Hr on C2C)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, code and test program code for specific functionality including involvement in the development of requirements and functional specifications - 70%
- Manage advanced client support issues escalated to development including coding changes, improved documentation of procedures, database clean-up and scheduling tasks for future release - 15%
- Ensure that code and other deliverables adhere to product and company standards including improvement alternatives to increase productivity and product quality - 10%
- Perform other duties as assigned - 5%

• Writes new software, makes modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications.
• Develops and integrates applications as per written specifications.
• Carries out unit testing, ensuring application meets needs of client and business.
• Translates technical requirements and design documentation into application code and modules.
• Works under direct supervision in performing maintenance on existing software products or straightforward software enhancements.
• Makes suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements, which will typically be reviewed by a more senior developer.
• Develops software using disciplined software development processes, adhering to industry standards and software best practice guidelines.
• Develops and integrates applications as per written specifications.

Additional Requirements:
- 5+ years of development experience
- Programming in ASP.net, C#.net, SQL Server, depending on product line
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- May require extended work schedules, tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
- Must be able to work in a variety of social, cultural, legal, and political environments
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance as determined by the supervisor's discretion
- 5+ years of development experience
