Job Title: Sr. QA Tester with Medicaid, Medicare and EDI
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 13 - 15 Months
Salary Range: $6000 Per Month

Required Skills:
Experience defining strategies and succinctly documenting testing-related activities (Test Strategies, Summary Reports, etc.).
Experience with HP Quality Center/ALM, Microsoft SharePoint (Competent).
Strong SQL knowledge and demonstrated capabilities.
Strong understanding of SOA and application architecture, interface design and data structures.
Knowledge of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), XML architecture and EDI.
Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills.
IT workflow and process knowledge, including systems development lifecycle, specifically pertaining to Testing: Test Planning, Test Analysis/Design, and execution, including defect management.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Prior experience in computer systems validation/testing within Medicaid Management Information Systems project (Managed Care HMO or PCP knowledge, Capitation, eligibility and enrollment experience).
Must have at least 1 - 2 years of prior testing experience in healthcare industry (i.e. Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance, etc.)
Must have extensive EDI testing experience or extensive knowledge of EDI to assist the testing team
Must have 10+ years of prior software testing experience
Desired: Prior experience with handling HIPPA data and HL7 transactions
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred – work related experience may substitute for degree (5 – 8 years work-related experience in IT).
