LMS Business Analyst
We is seeking an LMS BA to execute the development and delivery of projects to support business objectives for Learning Management. Liaise directly with business users, strategic partners, and support teams to provide innovative solutions in response to business concepts and questions to ensure projects are delivered to a suitable standard.
This position requires a strong functional and technical background able to represent functional requirements, while partnering with the business team and IT team to deliver quality solutions. 
Requirements:
• Proven skills in large scale/enterprise projects;
• Strong analytical skills to elicit system integration requirements from stakeholders and other IT teams, e.g. mapping complex business processes that cross multiple applications
• Strong communication skills, including written output of detailed requirements
• Delivery of high-quality requirement specification documents for system integration scenarios
• Partnership with other IT teams to define suitable testing scenarios and create test scripts
• Successful testing cycles with limited re-work due to specification changes
• Experience presenting to and working with senior management team members;
• Comfort performing at both strategic and tactical tasks is also a requirement.
• PMP certification and/or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies is a definite plus.
Further, the Business Analyst:
• Works with the management team and subject matter experts to gather requirements for the LMS Projects.
• Performs high level business process/systems analysis/requirements definition and participates in the development and execution of future system strategies.
• Defines revised or new system capabilities and functionality to enable education processes
• Reviews and streamlines education processes and improve productivity through better system utilization 
Skills:
• 5-7 years of process and systems or consulting experience in project management and analysis, with a good working knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques and a strong team orientation.
• Knowledge of enterprise LMS and on line learning environments.
• Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills, including development/presentation of a compelling rationale for the importance of projects and effectiveness in telling simple, powerful stories on the impact of improvement efforts.
• Ability to effectively build consensus, to interact with external vendors/customers and to present technical concepts/proposals to senior management.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem solving.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and on projects of a diverse scope, and capable of in-depth evaluation and analysis.
• Ability to analyze complex problems across the entire organization and to develop and "market" solutions.
