Role: QA Lead in PeopleSoft

Responsibilities:                                       

* Strong in web applications Testing (activities include: Test Case design, Test Case execution, raise quality defects, defect triage, bug fix verification, metrics, status reporting) minimum 4 years of exp on PS products (HR/Payroll/T&L)

* Should have hands-on exp in functional, SIT, UAT areas

* Excellent client interfacing skills

* Strong Communication skills (oral & written)

* Work exp in PeopleSoft eCompensation 9.1 upgrade/implementation is a plus.

* Sound functional knowledge on eCompensation Manager Desktop Overview, Integrations, Implementation. 

* Knowledgeable in integration of eCompensation with other PeopleSoft Enterprise applications like HR, Stock Administration, ePerformance, Global Payroll, NA Payroll, Payroll Interface.  Fair knowledge on Compensation Cycles, (FRA) Profit-Sharing Self-Service Transactions, Chart Pagelets and Alerts, Approvals and Delegations Integration, Allocating Compensation, Reviewing Employee Compensation, Changing Employee Salaries, Changing Budgeted Salaries for Employees, Approval Workflow Engine, Compensation Administrator.

 •Over 10+ years of rich experience in client-facing engagements with responsibilities for Project Management, People Management, Resource Training, Enablement & Ramp-up, Delivery Governance, Service Delivery Management, Service Improvement, Process Deployment, Application Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Relationship Management.

•Is directly involved in creation of Application User Manual, conducting hands-on Training Workshops for end users, and providing end-to-end demo to Business Owners and Leadership on the developed SharePoint 2010 solution.

•Extensive Delivery Management experience with expertise in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of Software Development lifecycle, Application Operation & Support, Onsite-offshore engagement enablement.

•Insightful experience in Program & Project Management activities including project scoping, estimation, planning, finalization of technical / functional specifications, design, development, testing, implementation & warranty support, resource administration & optimization, and quality management of services / software applications.

•Experienced in Migration, Customized Development as well as out-of-the-box Implementation of SharePoint 2010 solutions to achieve business objectives of large US clients.

•Technical expertise in Web Application Development using SP 2010, ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, JavaScript, VB.NET, AJAX, Web Service and SQL Server.

•Is a certified PMP, ITIL V3 Foundation certified, ASQ-certified Six Sigma Green Belt and CSQE (Certified Software Quality Engineer), AINS-21 Certified (The Institutes, US).

Rich UI develipment with EXT JS-4 framework EXT JS-4(Sencha) MVC design pattern Design & Development Web UI Management application using Web 2.0 technologies - JQuery, AJAX & EXT JS-4 framework Javascript, JSON, HTML 5, CSS expertise Reasponsible for the implementation and also mentor & guide developers on EXT JS

Position  - Java developer with web Development

Location  -IL Need Local Recourse Prefer OH 

Duration: 3+ Months

Rate: Good

Essential Background and Experience:

• Broad technical skills necessary, with a solid understanding of internet/intranet technology.
• Minimum 3 years of development experience developing with Java J2EE specifically JSPs and other web technologies on Web sphere Application Server required.
• Minimum of 3 years of front end development technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript required.
• Knowledge of UX best practices preferred.
• Experience using Struts, Ajax and Hibernate frameworks preferred.
• Ability to do medium programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis, and resolution of issues within application systems. Knowledge and understanding of the concepts and techniques of structured programming and design is necessary. Requires support and guidance only occasionally.
• Experience with TAM integration a plus.
• Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and varying levels within the organization.  Demonstrated ability to work well within a team of application developers (and occasionally lead portions of the project or tasks).
• Ability to create and execute effective unit test plans required.
• Experience with Subversion and JIRA a plus.
• Ability to effectively express complex technical concepts verbally and in writing preferred
• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills preferred.
