Role: Technical Writer

Work Location: Deerfield, IL

Duration: 6 Months

Total Experience Required: 5+ in TW

Mandatory Technical Skills:

This person will be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation and for organizing and publishing this as content in a knowledgebase format on a wiki (Confluence) platform.

Experienced technical writing in the English language

Documentation specialization should be in IT – architecture documents, process diagrams, flow charts, system user manuals.

Proficient in using MS Office Professional suite of products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio).

Information analysis and organization skills.

Communications skills and working with multiple teams to gather, structure and consolidate content.

Ability to create effective and visually appealing presentations for executives

Mandatory Functional Skills:

Ability to create and use Atlassian Confluence or similar wiki software.

Intermediate to Advanced knowledge and skilled experience with Confluence; specifically working with and integrating Add Ins.
