Client has an extensive listing of mission critical applications which need to be reengineered and modernized using these new application development tools and techniques. The Client will continue with
modernizing the existing System by changing platforms to be completely web based. This change will significantly reduce infrastructure costs associated with running the systems. This modernization will
also enhance existing features such as Geographical Information Systems and add new data decision support enhancements.
Systems Architect leads the design and development of next generation internal business systems. Possesses experience in software design and development with a focus on the integration of internal
business systems across multiple functional areas, involving the modernization of the Client System. Possesses experience in design and integration of business applications and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Designs IT infrastructure components and architecture. Experience with design and development of custom modules/solutions and the integration of these components with packaged solutions. Proven
methodology experience for complex systems integration projects and demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables on time and on budget. Systems Architects capabilities rely on experience and judgment
to plan and accomplish goals in an effort to independently perform a variety of complicated tasks.
