DIRECT CLIENT NEED - Oracle DBA - Virginia Beach, VA - 1 Year Contract
Position: Oracle DBA
Duration: 1 year Contract
Location - Virginia Beach, VA
Required:
Strong Knowledge of Linux systems.
Experience with Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) application is a plus.
Installation/maintenance/support of Oracle database and application server support
Implementation of security policy and technology, including Oracle Advanced Security encryption.
Implementation and maintainenance of database backup and recovery methodologies including RMAN and Data Pump.
Value added experience with ORPOS, PCI and DIACAP
Certifications:
IA Certification: One of the following certifications: Security+, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP); or any one of the following higher level certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GIAC Security Expert (GSE), Security Certified Network Architect (SCNA). NEXCOM preferred certification is Security+
Technical certification equal to or better than CompTIA Linux+ is required.
