Operational Oracle Universal Content Management 11gR1 support person
Not architect/designer/project manager
Responsibilities include doing an installation
Troubleshooting and improving platform operation and function
Responding to client incidents
Executing client requested changes
Rare potential for off hours incident handling
Shell scripting and Unix/Linux familiarity
Universal Content Management Template Development
Skills
Experience with Oracle Universal Content Management
Experience working client incidents
Experience with Shell scripting and Unix/Linux familiarity
