Assignment Description:
Understand the Voice of the Customer (VOC), scope, provide solution recommendations, gather requirements, design, build, test / manage UAT, remediate, and implement reporting and data visualization solutions for Facilities Management business.
Responsible for working directly with HQ FM Reporting and Analysis, BI/technology teams (as needed), and field team members, to implement critical reporting and data visualization solutions that meets long-term business needs for Facilities Management clients. Works closely with FMFO Project Manager and Business Analyst to drive project deliverables.
Identifies and escalates issues that impact reporting and data visualization deliverables Adheres to standards and best practices, processes, and deliverables Adheres to standards and best practices, processes, and deliverables. Knowledge of development process and intermediate/advanced understanding of the following BI Tools: MicroStrategy 9.3 and Tableau 8.0.
Communication & Relationship Mgmt. Minimum of 3 years experience.
Prior experience working with on/off-shore Analytical and Reporting teams, in or with business area, or in analytics/reporting function.
Ability to collaborate, organize, problem solve, execute, and drive results on projects with aggressive timelines.
Knowledge of development process and intermediate/advanced understanding of the following BI Tools: MicroStrategy 9.3 and Tableau 8.0.
Maintains deep technical knowledge within areas of expertise. Possesses a strong understanding of Systems Development Processes Understand the Voice of the Customer (VOC), scope, provide solution recommendations, gather requirements, design, build, test / manage UAT, remediate, and implement reporting and data visualization solutions for Facilities Management business.
