The initial project is for a 2-week Proof of Concept installation and configuration of IBM Sterling File Gateway and Proxy Secure. The initial 3-week engagement will most likely need to be implemented onsite at the client site in Indianapolis, IN. If the Proof of Concept is successful, we will need a fulltime consultant to do a live installation and configuration for a go-live date of March … so, will most likely start the larger engagement in January 2014. The second phase will be more flexible in terms of onsite vs remote work.
