Mandatory Qualifications 

Project Manager- - Overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables - Delegating and coordinating of tasks - Project status, meetings, scope changes, issues 
Senior- 60 - 84 Months - Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education.

Requested Qualifications 

1. At least one of the following Project Management Certifications: 

•        PMI's Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) 

•        PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) 

•        PMI's Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) 

•        PMI's Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) 

•        PMI's Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) 

•        PMI's Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) 

•        IBM Rational Project and Portfolio Management Certification 

•        CA Clarity Project and Portfolio Management Certification 

•        PMI's Program Management Professional (PgMP) 

2. At least one of the following Business Analysis Certifications: 

•        IIBA's Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) 

•        IIBA's Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) 

•        Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) Certification 

•        Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) 

3. 36 Months experience in an Agile project management environment 

4. 24 months experience leading data quality improvement initiatives. 

5. 36 months experience defining, measuring, and analyzing the "As-Is" business process environment. Experience implementing the recommended, "To-Be" business processes.

6. 36 Months experience in system/applications deployment planning and analysis. 

7. 12 months experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Stakeholder Analysis. 

8. 6 months experience in SharePoint Customization and Development Best Practices
