Senior TIBCO AMX BPM Consultant

Overview:

Perform SW development and design activities to support the AMX BPM application at Assurion.

Exp : 7-10 Yrs

Responsibilities:

•        To design, develop and document AMX BPM workflows.

o        Apply development skills and technology to the product design process

o        Design, develop, prototype, and test of the required subsystem and its interface to the system

o        Manage the day to day activities of SW development

o        Interface with other project stakeholders to ensure that the system objectives are balanced with overall project objectives

o        Provide product design leadership for the project team

o        Represent the team as required

•        Communicate with peers and supervisors routinely, document work, meetings, and decisions.

o        Work within a Project Team environment

o        Understand and promote the quality policy

o        Maintain technical skills and awareness of technical improvements

Requirements:

Must:

•        Excellent communication Skills

•        Engineering degree with significant SW development experience ideally from a disciplined product development environment

•        Proven track record Tibco BPM development delivering complex AMX BPM applications

•        A passion for software craftsmanship, clean code and continuous improvement

•        Demonstrates a sound understanding of the product development process and life cycle

•        Guides and reviews divergent / convergent activity / thinking to realise optimal design efficiency

•        Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
