Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

1) Very strong domain knowledge
a. An enterprise-wide view of business strategy, processes, capabilities and  enabling technologies
b. Ability to understand business challenges, functional inter-dependencies and redundancies
c. Ability to develop and document high-level process flow/models, functional decomposition and capture requirements
d. Strong business analytical capabilities and decision making abilities 
2) Strong Technical background
a. Ability to recommend industry wide recognized IT solutions or products
b. Ability to navigate within IT organization to provide gap analysis between current state and future state IT capabilities
c. The ability to act as liaison between the business and IT work streams
d. Experience in planning and deploying IT initiatives
3) Others 
a. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrable ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
b. Team player who is able to work effectively at all levels
c. Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented
