This requirement is on Escalation Mode, & the client called me for this position to serve with resume.

Position: VMware Engineer.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 5 month contract

The critical skills to have is having managed ESX 5.x or 5.1 environment in an enterprise setting and preferably working with Dell servers in a datacenter environment. We get a lot of folks that are good with VMware but not a lot that actually have spent time in the datacenter to know the physical attributes of how server racking, cabling etc is done. This isn't a huge requirement but given we are looking at DC move over the course of the next 60 to 90 days its only relevant that we staff for this role with those skills allowing that candidate to be successful in the scope of work they are placed to do with TMX.

Need a VM Contractor to help with a Data Center move probably 4 months:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in IT

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing VMware Infrastructure

• Enterprise Datacenter experience with migrations, consolidations & Buildouts with servers, racks cabling etc.

• Experience managing virtual desktops

• Experience managing Windows 2003/2008 Servers

• Enterprise DR experience

• VMware SRM experience a plus

• VDI implementation and administration a plus

• VMware vCloud Director experience a plus

• Ability to design, implementation and tune VMware for optimal performance

• Success at working with clients to understand the business needs and develop effective, scalable and maintainable solutions to meet the business requirements deadlines and deliverables

• Must be proficient in Virtual Desktop Administration, design, and implementation.

• Must be proficient in VMware vSphere 5
