Required Experience:
Application Design - 5 Years
Selected staff will deliver completed system documentation and diagrams per the ITO Rational Software protocols and complete program components (Java, EJB, Servlets, etc…) as assigned. All components must be clearly documented. They must also create and maintain technical architectural diagrams, test plans and lead staff. Provide status reports to the project manager or lead. Complete system requirements documentation and estimates for projects and or tasks
J2EE Required 7 Years
XML Required 3 Years
Rational Unified Process (RUP) Nice to have 3 Years
Rational Software Architect (RSA) v7.0 (Doesn't have to be recent) Highly desired 2 Years
EJBs Required 5 Years
STRUTS Required 3 Years
DB2/UDB Nice to have 2 Years
iBatis Nice to have 2 Years
Application Design Required 3 Years
Experience as Lead Developer Highly desired 2 Years
